Adding a Public Art node
Once logged in, from the Drupal admin toolbar, click Content > Add content > Public Art.

Input the following fields:
- Title: For the name of the artwork.
- Description: For additional information about the artwork that is not already covered by the additional fields under the Public Art information tab.
Next, click the Public Art information tab to access the following fields:
- Artist information:
- Artist name
- Artist bio
- Artwork details:
- Image: For uploading an image of the artwork. This should be sized at a 16:9 ratio.
- Artist statement
- Medium: For materials and tools used, e.g., acrylic on plywood, concrete, etc.
- Site: A description of the artwork's location, e.g., in Market Square facing Johnson Street.
- Location: For inputting the latitude and longitude of the artwork. This will place a marker on a map, displayed on the node's detail view. Input the street address into this LatLong tool to find the needed values.
- Dimensions
- Copyright
- Reference number
- Artwork ID: For matching with internal GIS data. This will not display on the front-end of a published node.
- Community: For specifying in which community this public art piece is located.
- Date unveiled
- Artwork category
- Artwork type
Editing a Public Art node
- To edit a specific node, click on Content in the Drupal toolbar.
- Filter by the Public Art content type.
- Click to edit the specific node. Make your desired edits.
- Make sure that Published is selected in the dropdown menu, and click Save.
Content lifecycle
There are no scheduled transitions in place for this content type. Content should be reviewed at least once per year to ensure its accuracy.
